Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 29, 2026

ASKNEXUM provides executive advisory services for cybersecurity, governance, compliance, strategic growth, privacy, risk management, cloud security, digital trust, and data protection work. This policy explains how we handle information used in those advisory relationships.

Information We Process

ASKNEXUM may process account details, organization details, advisory questions, uploaded evidence, policies, control descriptions, audit notes, technical findings, cloud or network context, application security context, and usage data.

We do not need general personal content for advisory work. Clients should only submit information that is relevant to cybersecurity, governance, compliance, privacy, risk, strategic growth, or data protection work.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide advisory services, assess cybersecurity and governance needs, map risks to controls, summarize security evidence, support compliance workflows, improve service reliability, protect the platform, and respond to client support requests.

ASKNEXUM advisory work is designed for defensive, strategic, and governance-focused security outcomes.

Data Protection

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect customer information. These safeguards may include access controls, encryption, audit logging, monitoring, and retention controls.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Clients remain responsible for reviewing advisory materials before relying on them for legal, audit, privacy, or security decisions.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help operate ASKNEXUM systems, with client-approved integrations, or when required by law. We do not sell client security content.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide ASKNEXUM services, meet contractual obligations, support security and compliance requirements, and resolve disputes. Enterprise clients may configure retention requirements based on their security program.

Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for controlling which users can access ASKNEXUM systems, deciding which documents may be submitted, validating advisory output, and ensuring their use of the platform complies with internal policies and applicable law.
